About us

We are an independent label. Everything sold through this site is made under our own name. We do not sell, stock, distribute or represent any third-party branded goods, and none of our pieces carry another company's marks.

How orders work

This website is a catalogue, not an automated checkout. You browse here and place your order by messaging us on WhatsApp or sending an inquiry.

An order exists when we confirm, in writing, the piece, the size, the total price and the delivery window, and you pay the agreed amount. Prices shown on this site are in US dollars and do not include any duties that may apply outside the United States.

We may decline an order if a piece is out of stock, if the delivery address cannot be served, or if we cannot verify the details. If we decline after you have paid, we refund in full.

Prices and availability

Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice; the price we confirm in writing is the price that applies to your order. Stock is limited because pieces are made in small runs. If something sells out while we are talking, we will tell you and offer the next available production date.

Payment

Payment is arranged through a third-party provider after we confirm your order. We never ask for card details over chat, and you should never send card numbers by message. If anyone contacts you claiming to be us and asks for card details in a chat, it is not us.

Delivery, returns and repairs

Delivery times, duties and packaging are described in the Shipping policy. Returns and repairs are described in the Returns policy. Both form part of these terms.

Our promise

Every piece is made from the materials described on its product page. If a piece arrives materially different from its description, or fails because of a manufacturing defect within 12 months, we repair, replace or refund it. That is the limit of our liability, other than where the law does not allow us to limit it.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate delivery details. Tell us promptly if something is wrong. Do not use our photographs or written descriptions as your own, as they are ours.

Intellectual property

Our name, photography, illustrations and written copy belong to us. You are welcome to link to our pages and quote short extracts with attribution. Do not reproduce product photography or full articles without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes any right you have as a consumer in your own jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place an order.
