Returns and repairs

14-day returns

You may return any piece within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is:

• unworn, with no scuffs, creases or odour;
• in its original dust bag and packaging;
• complete with any tags still attached.

Message us on WhatsApp before shipping anything back. We send the return address and a checklist so the parcel does not go to the wrong place.

What we cannot accept

• Pieces that have been worn outdoors, altered, or resoled elsewhere.
• Custom or made-to-measure pieces.
• Underwear and pierced jewellery, for hygiene reasons.
• Items returned after 14 days without prior agreement.

We check every return on arrival. If a piece comes back used, we send it back to you with photographs and an explanation rather than refusing silently.

How to return

1. Message us within 14 days of delivery with your order details.
2. We confirm and send the return address.
3. Ship the piece back with tracking, in its original packaging.
4. We inspect it within two business days of arrival.
5. Refund is issued to your original payment method within three business days of approval.

Return shipping is paid by you unless the piece is faulty, incorrect, or not as described.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order, which is faster than waiting for a swap to clear. If you need a different size, tell us when you request the return and we will hold the replacement size for you.

Faults and manufacturing defects

If a piece fails because of a manufacturing defect — a seam that opens, a zip that fails, a stitch that pulls — we repair or replace it free of charge, including shipping, for 12 months from delivery. Send photographs and a short description of how it failed.

Normal wear is not a defect. Leather creases, denim fades, suede darkens, and plates on a watch pick up fine scratches. Those are the materials behaving as expected.

Repairs

We repair pieces we made for as long as we make them, at cost rather than at a profit. Typical repairs:

• Resoling shoes: quoted per pair, from $85 including return shipping.
• Replacing zips or hardware on bags: quoted per piece, usually $40 to $90.
• Reweaving a knit: quoted per hole, from $60.

Turnaround is usually two to three weeks. Tell us what happened and we will quote before you send anything.

Chargebacks and disputes

Talk to us first. If a piece is wrong, a repair, a replacement or a refund solves it faster than a payment dispute, and we have no interest in keeping money for something you are not happy with.
