Before you write
- How do I actually place an order?
- Send us the piece, size and colour you want. We confirm availability and the full landed price, then send a secure payment link or arrange another method you prefer. No payment is taken on this site.
- How long does delivery take?
- Pieces leave our atelier within 48 hours and arrive in the United States in 7 to 12 days with tracking.
- What if the size is wrong?
- Unworn pieces with tags attached can be returned within 14 days. Tell us before you ship and we will send the return instructions.
- Are these branded goods?
- No. Everything we sell is made under our own label and carries no third-party marks. We do not stock, resell or represent designer brands.
