What we collect

When you send an inquiry: your name, email address and/or WhatsApp number, the pieces you asked about, and the message you wrote.

When you browse: which pages you viewed, how you arrived (for example, a link from a specific social account), your approximate location derived from your IP address, your device type and your browser. We record this with Google Analytics and, where configured, with advertising pixels from TikTok, Meta and Google.

When you order: your delivery address, order details and correspondence with us.

We do not collect payment card numbers on this website. Payment is arranged over WhatsApp through a third-party payment provider, and card details go directly to that provider.

Why we collect it

• To answer your inquiry and fulfil your order.
• To arrange delivery and handle returns or repairs.
• To understand which channels bring visitors to the site, so we know what to keep doing.
• To meet tax and accounting obligations.

Cookies and tracking

We use a first-party cookie to remember how you first found us, so that an inquiry can be attributed to the right channel. It is kept for 90 days.

Analytics and advertising cookies are only loaded when their identifiers are configured, and they are used to measure traffic and, where you have consented, to measure advertising. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser at any time without affecting your ability to browse or order.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with:

• our hosting and email providers, to operate the site and reply to you;
• our shipping carrier, to deliver an order;
• our payment provider, to process a payment;
• analytics providers, in aggregated form.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertising networks for them to use independently.

How long we keep it

• Inquiries: 24 months from the last contact.
• Order and tax records: as long as tax law requires, currently seven years.
• Analytics data: as configured by the provider, typically 14 months.

Your rights

If you are in California, you may request to know what personal information we hold, request deletion, and request that we do not sell or share it. We do not sell it, so the third request is satisfied by default. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.

To exercise any of these rights, message us on WhatsApp or email us. We respond within 30 days and may ask for proof of identity to protect your data.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
